2. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We take great care to provide accurate measurements, material descriptions, and photographs for every item in our collection. Slight variations in fabric grain, wood tone, or screen color may occur. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

3. Orders, Payments & Billing

Payments are processed over encrypted connections via Stripe and standard credit/debit card networks. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate shipping and billing information so we can deliver your package without delay.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and delivered via tracked mail within 7–14 business days. Orders over $60 qualify for free tracked shipping; orders under $60 carry a flat $5.99 shipping fee. To maintain seasonal availability and fair pricing, orders may be dispatched directly from our partner fulfillment centers and international distribution warehouses.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Eco-Friendly Refunds

We stand behind our goods with a 30-day return window from delivery date and self-service cancellations via our Track Order & Customer Portal. Orders cancelled before warehouse dispatch receive a 100% full refund; orders cancelled in transit receive a 50% refund under our eco-friendly "Keep & Donate" initiative (eliminating reverse international freight waste by donating parcels to charity).
